Responsibilities

• Inspects public areas and stateroom hotel furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Installs wallpaper, tile, and carpet.
• Repairs and installs wood trim and moldings.
• Paints doors, walls, and trim.
• Installs artwork and TVs.
• Performs general carpentry tasks.
