Job summary

Spy Ego Media in Montana seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator with vibratory plow experience to join our field crew across multiple Montana sites, including Havre. You will travel to job sites, set up, operate equipment, and perform routine maintenance.

You must be able to read plans, follow safety procedures, and work independently with occasional team guidance. CDL not required but preferred; DOT requirements may apply; per diem provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of safe operation and maintenance of Vermeer, Ditch Witch, and vibratory plows.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for extended periods.
• Must pass drug screen and background check; valid driver's license; DOT requirements preferred.
• Ability to read engineering plans and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate HDD/boring equipment and vibratory plow for underground fiber deployment.
• Load, dig, remove, and place construction materials and equipment.
• Safely operate heavy equipment and maintain relationships with team lead.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles; report maintenance needs.
• Travel to various job sites and coordinate with site teams.
