Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Mid Level Superintendent to lead field supervision for diverse construction projects. The role involves oversight of operations, scheduling, safety, and coordination with clients, architects, and subcontractors across multiple sites.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in construction with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership and cost-control abilities, and willingness to travel for project rotations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience with at least 2 years in a superintendent/leadership capacity.
• Experience on water and wastewater treatment and/or process plant construction projects.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel and adapt to multiple project sites.

Responsibilities

• Act as a field supervisor overseeing construction operations on the project.
• Mentor and grow junior superintendents and direct reports.
• Review and approve labor rates for foremen and trades.
• Manage subcontractor/field management communications and change orders.
