Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a qualified Superintendent for its Northwest District to lead heavy civil projects, including earthwork, utilities, traffic control, paving, and signage. The role requires ensuring safety, managing timelines, and coordinating construction activities across multiple sites with travel expected.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in construction with supervisory experience, a strong safety ethic, and the ability to read plans and manage client relations on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in construction with at least 3+ years in a supervisory role overseeing projects such as roads, bridges, dams, water/wastewater treatment plants, etc.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and grow fellow staff.
• Review and approve labor rates for Foremen, journeymen, and laborers.
• Manage subcontractor and field management communications.
