Job summary

Mainline Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems across our facilities. You will help maintain comfortable, compliant environments for patients and staff, following safety practices and utilizing preventive maintenance plans.

The role requires the ability to travel between clinic locations, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, and a licensed HVAC credential with EPA 608 as applicable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current HVAC license required. EPA Section 608 certification required or must be obtained as required for job duties.
• Five years or more HVAC/refrigeration/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills including email, work orders, spreadsheets and Word.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC components and document work.
• Respond to work orders and urgent repair requests; ensure safe environment for patients and staff.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and inspectors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain HVAC tools and inventory; follow safety and facility policies.
