Job summary

Mainline Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC/R systems across its facilities.

This role ensures a safe, comfortable environment for patients, staff, and visitors by maintaining temperature control and equipment performance in clinical and administrative spaces. The position emphasizes compliance, quality improvement, and collaboration with contractors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC trade school, technical training, apprenticeship, or equivalent preferred.
• Current HVAC license required; EPA Section 608 certification required or must be obtained as required for job duties.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Five+ years of related HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, or facility maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R systems across facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems and related components.
• Maintain a planned HVAC maintenance schedule and document work.
• Respond to HVAC-related work orders and temperature-control concerns.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and equipment reps.
