Job summary

CCH Healthcare seeks a Traveling Landscaper to maintain and beautify the grounds at our Dayton-area facilities. The role involves mowing, trimming, and caring for lawns, trees, shrubs, turf, and irrigation, with requirement to travel to neighboring facilities.

Responsibilities include applying fertilizers and insecticides as needed, keeping grounds clean, and removing snow in winter. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and groundskeeping experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Groundskeeping or related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficient in using manual and power tools safely.
• Free from allergies that interfere with Groundskeeper duties.
• Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining site landscaping.
• Maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation.
• Trimming trees, hedges, and shrubs, and preventing and eliminating weeds.
• Utilizing insecticides, fertilizers, and chemical sprays to treat diseases.
• Keeping grounds free from trash, litter, and debris, and emptying trash receptacles.
• Removing snow by using a shovel or snow blower.
