Parkway Construction, based in the United States, is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site operations for commercial ground-up projects across the lower 48 states. You will coordinate with project management, supervise subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure the schedule and budget are met while traveling.

Procore and Microsoft Office familiarity are required; Cal OSHA 10 certification is preferred; 5+ years in traveling commercial construction

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial construction, traveling required.
• Cal OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Travel away from home for extended periods.
• Oversee construction to meet design, budget, and schedule.
• Interface with client representatives, subcontractors, and AHJ as needed.
• Maintain liaison with project teams to ensure drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Ensure safety procedures and on-site quality standards are followed.
