Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Medical Assistant to serve as the provider’s right hand while traveling to outreach locations throughout Wyoming. You’ll support GI procedures, handle documentation in real time, and travel year-round across the state.

This is a nonstop, hands-on role with a focus on clinical workflow rather than front desk tasks. The successful candidate will be experienced in medical documentation, capable of working independently, and comfortable with frequent travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• Medical Assistant Licensing preferred.
• Experience with GI or Pain Management preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist provider during GI procedures and support documentation.
• Document procedures and patient information in real time.
• Travel with provider to outreach locations across Wyoming.
• Manage charting, pathology letters, and referrals in the EMR.
• Communicate clearly with the provider and maintain organization.
