Job summary

Constructable is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent to lead field operations on remote industrial projects across the United States. You will mentor Field Superintendents, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and collaborate with Project Managers to drive efficient, on-time project delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in industrial construction with 5+ years in leadership, strong OSHA knowledge, and proficiency with ProjectSight and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in industrial construction with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Willing to travel and work in remote locations.
• Proficient with ProjectSight and MS Project; familiar with design-build delivery.
• OSHA standards knowledge and safety leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee field operations across multiple industrial construction projects, ensuring alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide leadership, direction, and foster a collaborative, high-performing field team.
• Conduct performance reviews and address employee relations matters in coordination with HR and leadership.
• Ensure all field employees complete required training and provide support on training content.
• Serve as primary point of contact for field-related challenges and coordinate with PMs and site teams.
