Job summary

Project Talent Partners is representing a leading national construction organization seeking an experienced General Superintendent / Construction Manager to oversee field operations on a large-scale Mission Critical Advanced Manufacturing Project.

This senior field leadership position drives safety, schedule, productivity, quality, subcontractor performance and overall site execution, working closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to deliver a fast-paced, highly complex project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent or GM.
• Experience delivering large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple trades and scopes.
• Knowledge of sitework, concrete, structural steel, MEP and interior finishes.
• Experience with large-scale cast-in-place concrete; shotcrete desirable.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes, permitting, inspections, safety.
• Procore proficiency; MS Office and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations on a large-scale project.
• Manage subcontractors and trades to meet schedules.
• Provide field leadership across CSA and/or MEP scopes.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and other Superintendents.
• Review drawings for constructability and field feasibility.
• Maintain site safety and OSHA compliance.
• Monitor progress and provide daily/weekly reporting.
• Maintain project docs in CM software.
• Coordinate material deliveries and manage received materials.
• Support change orders and field-driven scope changes.
• Lead QA/QC and punch-list with subcontractors.
• Identify schedule challenges early and propose solutions.

Project Talent Partners is representing a leading national construction organization seeking an experienced General Superintendent / Construction Manager to oversee field operations on a large-scale Mission Critical Advanced Manufacturing Project.

This is a senior field leadership position responsible for driving safety, schedule, productivity, quality, subcontractor performance and overall site execution. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and wider project team to deliver a fast-paced, highly complex construction project.

About the Role:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day field operations across a large-scale industrial construction project.
• Manage subcontractors and trades to meet demanding project schedules and key milestones.
• Provide field leadership across CSA and/or MEP scopes, with strong understanding of construction methods.
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Project Engineers and other Superintendents.
• Review construction and shop drawings for constructability and field feasibility.
• Maintain high standards of site safety, ensuring subcontractors and trades are properly trained and compliant with OSHA requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide accurate daily and weekly reporting.
• Maintain project documentation through construction management software.
• Track site progress through regular photographic documentation.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure purchased materials are properly received and managed.
• Support change order preparation and field-driven scope changes.
• Lead QA/QC activities and coordinate punch-list completion with subcontractors.
• Identify potential schedule challenges early and develop practical solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, General Superintendent or Construction Manager.
• Strong background delivering large-scale industrial construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple trades and scopes simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of sitework, concrete, structural steel, MEP and interior finishes.
• Significant experience with large-scale cast-in-place concrete projects.
• Shotcrete experience is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and shop drawings.
• Working knowledge of applicable building codes, permitting, inspections and safety requirements.
• Ability to manage complex, fast-paced project environments and make decisive field-level decisions.
• Strong communication, leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, as well as Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Valid driver's license.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline is preferred.

A high school diploma combined with 15+ years of relevant construction experience will also be considered.
