Job summary

GH Engage seeks an experienced Travelling Industrial Superintendent to lead on-site construction across the United States. This hands-on role delivers complex industrial projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while coordinating field teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders.

You will travel extensively, serve as the primary site leader, and drive quality and safety standards across multiple locations.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent in industrial construction.
Strong background delivering large-scale industrial projects across sectors such as manufacturing, processing, energy, or heavy industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead field operations and manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of construction means/methods, scheduling, safety, and quality management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily on-site construction operations across industrial projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel for efficient execution.
Maintain project schedules and proactively identify delays and risks.
Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance on site.
Monitor quality control and ensure work aligns with specifications.
Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates to leadership and clients.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure delivery.
Manage site logistics, workforce planning, and material coordination.
Identify and mitigate construction risks to maintain performance.
Ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and company standards.
