Job summary

Lane Valente Industries, a Leading International construction and facility maintenance company with offices across the U.S. and Canada, is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to perform commercial renovations on projects nationwide. Expect carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical and HVAC tasks, with travel and overnight shifts as needed. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
• Supply basic construction hand tools.
• OSHA 10hr or completion within 3 months of employment (employer paid).

Responsibilities

• Commercial renovations/buildouts as required.
• Follow OSHA requirements in all tasks.
• Communicate with customers to build relationships.
• Document repairs with measurements, photos and quotes.
• Travel and overnight shifts across the United States as needed.
