Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
• Supply basic construction hand tools.
• OSHA 10-hour certification or completion within 3 months of employment (employer-paid).

Responsibilities

• Commercial renovations/buildouts.
• Basic computer skills.
• Follow OSHA requirements.
• Communicate with customers to build relationships.
• Detailed record-keeping of repairs, measurements, pictures, quotes.
• Travel and work overtime/on-call as workload requires.
• Willing and able to travel and work overnight shifts across the United States.
