Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is a leading international construction and facility maintenance company with offices throughout the U.S. and Canada. They are recruiting a General Maintenance Technician to perform commercial renovations and travel for projects across the United States.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in construction or commercial maintenance, basic computer skills, and willingness to travel overnight. OSHA 10hr certification is preferred or completed within 3 months of employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
• Supply basic construction hand tools.
• OSHA 10hr or the completion of OSHA 10hr within 3 months of employment (paid by employer).

Responsibilities

• Commercial renovations/buildouts.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements.
• Presentable and communicate with customers to build relationships.
• Detail-oriented repairs with measurements, photos, and quotes.
• Travel and overnight shifts across the United States when needed.
