Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is a leading international construction and facilities maintenance firm seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support commercial projects across the United States.

The role requires proficiency in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, with OSHA 10 certification preferred; candidates must travel and may stay overnight. A minimum of 3 years' experience and basic hand tools are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
• Must supply basic construction hand tools.
• OSHA 10hr certification required within 3 months of employment (employer paid).

Responsibilities

• Commercial renovations/buildouts

• Follow OSHA requirements
• Presentable and able to communicate with customers to build relationships
• Detailed repairs with measurements, photos, recommendations and quotes
• Able to travel and work overtime or overnight as needed
• Willing to travel and work overnight shifts across the United States
