Lane Valente Industries is seeking a General Maintenance Technician to support commercial renovation and maintenance projects across the United States. The role requires hands-on skills in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, along with basic computer use and strong customer communication.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of construction or maintenance experience, OSHA 10hr certification, and a willingness to travel with overnight assignments.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or commercial maintenance.
• Supply basic construction hand tools.
• OSHA 10hr certification or completion within 3 months of employment (paid by employer)

Responsabilidades

• Renovations and buildouts for commercial spaces.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory.
• Adhere to OSHA requirements on site.
• Interact with customers to communicate repairs and build relationships.
• Provide detailed measurements, photos, and quotes for repairs.
• Work overtime and/or be on-call as workload dictates.
• Willing and able to travel and stay overnight across the United States.
