Job summary

BW Gas & Convenience Holdings, LLC d.b.a. Yesway is seeking a Foreman, Fuel Construction with extensive travel across the Southwest. The role requires leading a traveling crew, coordinating fuel system installations, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Remote-from-home work is possible when not traveling, with 100% travel to project sites across NM and neighboring states. The candidate will supervise laborers and an equipment operator, while coordinating with the Director of Fuel

Qualifications

• Active underground storage tank installer license in NM, TX, OK or AZ.
• Minimum five years of construction or related field experience.
• Experience leading construction crews and managing field performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Ability to travel extensively across project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily work assignments according to project priorities and deadlines.
• Lead field supervision of crew and contractors, delegating tasks.
• Manage a crew of three laborers and one equipment operator.
• Oversee full underground fuel system installations and Verifone equipment programming.
• Ensure safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control.
• Communicate project status and staffing needs to the Director of Fuel Construction.
