Job summary

Drexel Building Supply, Inc. is seeking a Framing Crew Carpenter for projects in and around the West Bend area, within a 1+ hour travel radius. Join our off-site construction team and contribute to rough framing of residential and commercial builds.

The role requires reading building plans, measuring and cutting with tools, working from ladders and scaffolding, and maintaining safety on site. High school diploma or GED preferred; Wisconsin driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Rough framing of residential and commercial projects
• Set up panelized walls, floors, trusses and roofs
• Erect scaffolding and climb ladders to assemble structures
• Read building plans and interpret specifications
• Mark and cut materials using tape measure and tools
• Maintain clean, safe job sites and equipment
• Work in varied indoor/outdoor environments
