DREXEL SYSTEMS LLC in West Bend, WI is seeking a Framing Crew Carpenter to join our off-site construction team. You will perform rough framing for residential and commercial projects, set panelized walls, floors, trusses and roofs, and work on scaffolding and ladders.

You will read building plans, measure and cut materials, use hand and power tools, and maintain clean job sites. The role requires travel within a 1+ hour radius and a positive, team-focused attitude with strong communication and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years framing/construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and plans.
• Able to lift 5–100 lbs and operate power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Rough framing of residential and commercial projects.
• Set panelized walls, floors, trusses and roofs.
• Erect scaffolding and climb ladders as needed.
• Read plans, measure, mark and cut materials.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites and vehicles.
• Use common carpentry skills and communicate clearly.
