Job summary

Rentokil North America seeks a Food Safety Specialist to support hotel, restaurant, and grocery clients in upholding brand standards and ensuring exceptional food quality. You will deliver friendly, customer-focused service, conduct audits, and train staff to improve safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include audits, implementing food safety measures, and partnering with clients to address root causes. Travel 50–70% is required, with some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Meet the requirements to obtain CP-FS certification
• Valid driver’s license from state of residence
• Licenses/certificates as required by regulations (covered by us)
• ServSafe and/or CP-FS Certification(s) a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducting Audits and Inspections
• Implementing and Monitoring food safety
• Training and Educating staff
• Investigating food safety incidents and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Maintaining documentation and records
• Travel 50–70% (8–10 days per month) including some evenings/weekends
