Atlas Air Worldwide is seeking a Manager, Flight Maintenance for a highly mobile traveling role in the United States and internationally. You will manage line maintenance, coordinate resources, and ensure aircraft remain safe, airworthy, and compliant.

The position requires extensive travel and rotation across field locations. The ideal candidate holds a technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years of maintenance experience, an active FAA A&P certificate, and supervisory background.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience.
• Current FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.
• Experience on 747/767 aircraft or equivalent wide-body preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.

Mansioni

• Supervises and coordinates maintenance staff and schedules.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance of all aircraft within areas of responsibility.
• Coordinates with MCC, Maintenance Control Center, and other departments.
• Leads efforts during major mechanical events and AOG situations.
• Maintains logs and supports continuous operational efficiency.
