Qualifications

• NFPA codes & standards knowledge (10/25/72) required.
• 2+ years of inspection experience required.
• Ability to travel statewide for site inspections.
• Maintains required state licenses for inspections; NICET is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform NFPA 25 inspections on water-based fire systems.
• Perform NFPA 72 inspections on fire alarm systems.
• Perform NFPA 10 inspections on extinguishers and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical/electrical issues and report to owners/service managers.
• Maintain timely work tickets and inspection reports.
