Job summary

Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. seeks Field Technicians willing to travel to long-term remote projects across the country. Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and background check required.

Pay starts at $19 per hour plus per diem, company truck and fuel card, and a full benefits package including PTO. Responsibilities include testing observation, sample prep and data collection for soil, concrete, grout, mortar and asphalt.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications.
• Experience in field testing, sample collection and documentation of construction activities.
• Willingness to travel to remote projects and work nights/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Observe testing activities and document results per project specs.
• Perform tests, inspections and field observations on soil, concrete, grout, mortar and asphalt.
• Submit daily field reports and communicate non-conforming items to supervision.
