Job summary

Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. seeks FIELD TECHNICIANS to travel to remote projects across the country, predominantly in Florida. The role includes testing observation, sample prep, and documentation for soil, concrete, grout, mortar, and asphalt.

Qualifications include a HS diploma, 2+ years experience, and specific certifications. Flexible schedule, night shifts, and weekend work possible with per diem and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum TWO YEARS Experience.
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level I Certification.
• Portable Nuclear Gauge Safety Training Certification.
• Understanding of Proctor Compaction Test and USCS Soil Classification.
• Trained & demonstrated competency in One-Point Proctor testing in the field.

Responsibilities

• Sample preparation, collection & testing, field observations, and documentation of construction activities on site.
• Clearly identify, verbally communicate, and document test results and activities.
• Submit daily field reports to document testing, inspections and field observations.
