Job summary

Gregory Construction is seeking a Traveling Field Superintendent to oversee heavy civil and mission critical projects across Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic regions. This role is travel-based and ideal for leaders stepping up from Foreman or Assistant Superintendent into a supervisory position.

Responsibilities include coordinating field operations, enforcing safety, and partnering with Project Managers to execute work plans.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience leading crews as a Foreman or similar role.
• Ability to read plans and understand sequencing of work.
• OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred).
• Willingness to travel consistently across multiple regions.

Gregory Construction is seeking a Field Superintendent to support heavy civil and mission critical projects across multiple regions. This role is designed for someone who is ready to step up—whether youre currently a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent looking to take on more responsibility and grow into a leadership role.

This is a travel-based position. Project locations will vary, and flexibility is essential. Candidates should be open to working across the Southeast, Southwest, and Mid-Atlantic based on project needs.
