Job summary

Quaker Windows & Doors is seeking a Technical Services Representative to perform field inspections and service on all windows nationwide in the United States. The role involves evaluating, removing, and repairing windows and doors, with significant overnight travel and travel-related perks.

The candidate will prepare required documentation and reports for jobsite visits, and must travel regularly to client sites across the country.

Qualifications

• minimum 2 years of experience as a field service technician or similar role.
• Proficient mechanical comprehension of windows and doors.
• Comfortable with heights and working off lifts.
• Valid Class E driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Safe and proficient use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to use navigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites to meet clients.
• Perform on-site inspection and diagnosis of window or door concerns.
• Greet and communicate with customers professionally.
• Identify and troubleshoot moderate to complex issues.
• Safely use hand and power tools.
• Prepare required documentation and reporting for all jobsite visits.
• Require on-site attendance and punctuality.
• Interact with staff and customers professionally.
• Attend to related travel logistics and scheduling.
