Job summary

Fisher Industries seeks a Safety Training & Field Support Specialist to deliver safety training across multiple sites. The role involves onboarding, refresher courses, and field coaching, with frequent travel to projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and documentation skills, with OSHA/MSHA knowledge and the ability to work independently while traveling. This position supports heavy civil, mining, and related operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting classroom and hands-on safety training.
• Experience operating/training forklifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, or similar equipment.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/MSHA requirements relevant to field operations.
• Ability to deliver training to groups and work independently while traveling.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Fisher locations to conduct safety training and provide field support.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training for powered industrial trucks and aerial lifts.
• Conduct operator evaluations and maintain qualification records.
• Develop and update training materials and maintain training records.
• Coordinate safety training with site leadership and operations teams.
• Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
