Job summary

Fisher Industries is seeking a traveling Safety Training & Field Support Specialist to deliver classroom and hands-on safety instruction across multiple projects. The role covers onboarding, site orientations, and ongoing training for powered industrial trucks and elevated work platforms, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and field coaching.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of training experience, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel extensively, including overnight

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering classroom and hands-on safety or equipment training.
• Experience operating and evaluating powered industrial trucks and aerial lifts.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and EM 385‑1‑1 requirements.
• Ability to train diverse groups and maintain training records.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Fisher locations to lead safety training and provide field support.
• Conduct new hire and site orientations, onboarding, and refresher training.
• Deliver classroom and hands-on training for forklifts and aerial lifts; evaluate operator competency.
