Job summary

Lighthouse Safety LLC Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States is seeking an Installer Technician to join the field installation team. You will assemble and install fall protection systems at customer sites, travel extensively, and represent the company on the front line with clients.

Responsibilities include assembling components from drawings, maintaining a safe work area, and coordinating material flow while ensuring quality and compliance with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate pallet jacks, standard warehouse forklifts, and manlifts.
• Reading drawings and understanding basic design layouts required.
• Travel up to 75% of time is essential.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Push, pull and lift 50–80 lbs.
• English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Basic to average math skills.
• Aptitude for learning, multi-tasking and problem solving.
• Highly reliable and organized.
• Must pass drug/alcohol screens and background checks as required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Able to work in extreme climates for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in assembly of various fall protection systems per engineering drawings.
• Receive, unload, and transfer work material to needed areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools; perform heavy lifting tasks.
• Travel to customer locations to assemble fall protection systems.
• Follow all safety rules and site-specific requirements; maintain PPE.
• Maintain accurate records for timecards and expense reports; submit promptly.
• Ensure tools and equipment are free from damage and properly maintained.
