You will ensure safety regulations are followed, prepare trucks and materials, and assist with non-mechanical tasks while maintaining production records and supporting emergencies as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential labor tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas and determine types of work and materials needed.
• Direct crews and assign duties for construction tasks (ditches, roadways, drainage).
• Operate and maintain equipment (bulldozers, graders) and train others in operation.
