Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, or at least 5 years of related experience.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must follow safety regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect work areas to determine required work, materials, and equipment.
• Direct crew on ditch, road construction and drainage grading projects.
• Operate bulldozers and graders and train workers in equipment use.
• Enforce safety regulations and follow company policies.
• Prepare trucks and materials for job sites.
• Load and unload trucks and perform daily equipment checks.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic repairs as needed.
• Assist with non-mechanical tasks and emergency support.
