Caddell Construction in Buckeye, AZ is seeking a Field Engineer - Commercial to support on-site construction management and coordination.

You will supervise craft teams, ensure compliance with drawings and specifications, and coordinate with engineering and purchasing. This role requires extensive travel and a strong focus on safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Four year degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising craft employees across construction discipline work areas (electrical, piping, steel, rebar, duct work).
• Supervise crafts and liaise between field engineering and crafts to ensure drawings and specifications are followed.
• Assist in planning work schedules, determine manpower levels, material quantities, and equipment needs.
• Monitor performance and productivity; ensure adherence to safety rules and project procedures.
• Advise senior management of potential issues and help resolve scheduling or interference problems.
• Maintain liaison with Purchasing and Engineering to support the construction schedule.
• Perform additional assignments as directed by supervision.
• Extensive travel is required; must be able to travel nationally.
