Caddell Construction is seeking a Field Engineer for Governmental projects across various locations. You will supervise craft teams, coordinate with field engineering, and assist in planning schedules and resources.

Extensive travel is required, with a focus on meeting project specifications and safety standards. The role emphasizes communication, organization, and collaboration with project management to anticipate and resolve challenges on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assists in supervising craft employees assigned to a construction discipline work area (e.g., electrical, piping, steel erection, rebar, duct work).
• Supervises craft workers and liaises between field engineering and crafts to ensure drawings/specifications compliance.
• Assists in planning work schedules, manpower levels, material quantities, and equipment needs.
