Job summary

A federal contracting company is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee construction projects, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality on-site operations. Candidates with 4+ years of experience in construction and relevant certifications are encouraged to apply. This full-time role offers an opportunity to work with veterans and grow into senior management positions, with a pay range of $70,000 - $95,000 after the program.

Qualifications

• 4+ years construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of building methods and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel and obtain security clearance.
• Certifications (or willingness to obtain): OSHA 30, USACE CQM, EM 385-1-1, CPR/First Aid.
• Preferred: Procore experience, federal/USACE project background.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and enforce safety protocols.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes of work.
• Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and support project scheduling.
• Enforce Accident Prevention Plan (APP) and conduct safety audits.
