Qualifications

• 4+ years construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of building methods and safety standards.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel and obtain security clearance.
• Certifications (or willingness to obtain): OSHA 30, USACE CQM, EM 385-1-1, CPR/First Aid.
• Preferred: Procore experience, federal/USACE project background.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and enforce safety protocols.
• Review drawings, specs, and scopes of work.
• Conduct inspections, manage punch lists, and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors and support project scheduling.

As a Traveling Superintendent, you will lead on‑site operations, enforce safety and quality standards, and coordinate subcontractors—building skills for a civilian career in construction leadership.
