Job summary

The Little Clinic is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality care in a retail clinic setting in Cincinnati, Ohio. The role requires relevant licensure, certification, and at least one year of healthcare experience.

You will collaborate with clinic staff, maintain CHHA compliance, participate in quality assurance, and support regional management in community outreach initiatives to promote TLC and improve patient access to care.

Qualifications

• MSN with Family Nurse Practitioner license or Bachelor’s degree as a Physician Assistant with OH post-graduate hours (500)
• 1 year of experience in healthcare
• Active license with AANP/ANCC certification and state credentials
• Board-certified FNP-C or PA-C, where eligible
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality medical care while meeting clinic productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
• Ensure safety and quality-based healthcare environment
• Keep clinic open for all scheduled hours
• Collaborate with regional management for community events to promote TLC
• Respond to directives from regional management from customer experience surveys
• Manage clinic inventory and order supplies to control costs
• Perform quality control on instrumentation and CLIA‑waived testing
• Use HIPAA-compliant information systems
• Support mentor program and ongoing education
• Maintain clinical knowledge with ongoing education seminars
• Provide coverage for clinics within the region as needed
• Control costs to meet profitability goals
• Engage with local nursing organizations and community outreach
