Job summary

The Little Clinic in Cincinnati, OH seeks a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver high-quality medical care across our clinic network. You will maintain patient relationships, adhere to HIPAA, and support regional leadership while contributing to community health initiatives.

Responsibilities include improving patient satisfaction, ensuring open clinic hours, and collaborating with regional management.

Qualifications

• Active license with AANP or ANCC certification
• OH PA post-grad experience 500 hours if PA
• 1 year of healthcare experience
• Board certified FNP-C or PA-C, where eligible
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Maintain confidentiality
• Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team-oriented and able to work independently
• Experience with clinical procedures and electronic health record systems

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical care while meeting productivity metrics
• Participate in peer review, quality assurance, and staff meetings
• Maintain safety and quality-based healthcare environment
• Keep clinic open for scheduled hours
• Collaborate with regional management to promote TLC and increase utilization
• Respond to customer experience survey feedback
• Manage inventory and supply orders
• Perform CLIA-waived testing quality control
• Comply with HIPAA and company policies
• Support mentor program and staff development
• Keep clinical knowledge current via ongoing education
• Provide coverage for regional clinics as needed
• Control costs to meet profitability goals
• Represent TLC in community nursing organizations and events
• Present a neat image in line with dress code
• Participate in other duties as assigned by regional management
• Travel to designated clinics as a float if applicable
• Able to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation
