Job summary

American Repair Maintenance (ARM) is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our service delivery team. You will perform commercial maintenance across plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry and flooring, in a travel-friendly, autonomous role serving multiple client locations.

You will work under supervision with a focus on high-quality, timely service, maintaining documentation and blueprints, and leveraging technology to complete work orders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and ability to read drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Uphold company mission, values and accountability within the workforce.
• Complete service tickets in a designated territory with high quality, cost-conscious delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with lead technicians, supervisors, managers and office staff.
