Bon Appetit is seeking an Executive Chef, Traveling Support to lead culinary operations across multiple accounts. This hands-on role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires quick operations assessment, team trust, and elevated food quality in diverse environments.

Travel approximately 85% of the time, manage food cost, onboarding new openings, and coaching chefs and managers. Candidates should have strong HACCP knowledge and credentials and a track record of culinary innovation in

Competenze

• Experience leading culinary operations in high-volume environments.
• Demonstrated success as an Executive Chef or comparable leader.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and kitchen operations management.
• Experience supporting operational improvement initiatives or multi-unit dining environments.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage time across accounts.

• Provide executive chef leadership across multiple accounts during transitions, openings, and critical needs.
• Assess kitchen operations and implement solutions to improve food quality, consistency, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, recipe execution and dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, HACCP, allergen management and regulatory requirements.
• Support new account openings, including kitchen readiness, menu implementation, and team training.
• Mentor and develop chefs and culinary staff through coaching and hands-on leadership.
• Contribute to culinary standards, SOPs, and training resources across the portfolio.
• Build strong client and team relationships and promote an inclusive culture.
