Job summary

Sharp Spoon Network seeks a Traveling Executive Chef to lead high-volume scratch cooking for nationwide deployments in data centers, disaster response and remote workforce operations.

You will oversee 1,000+ meals per service, manage a kitchen team of 30+, and maintain fine-dining quality at scale while traveling up to 30 days on assignment with 14 days off. Lodging and per diem are provided; base salary is $70,000 with incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ with actual Executive Chef title.
• 1,000+ meals in a single meal service.
• Lead kitchen teams of 30+ employees.
• Fewer than four employers in the past ten years.
• Hands-on cooking and culinary leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of 1,000+ meals per service.
• Develop menus reflecting fine-dining or upscale standards.
• Maintain flavor, texture, temperature, and presentation at scale.
• Direct scratch cooking and large-batch recipe execution.
