The base salary is $70,000 with a monthly performance incentive and potential six-figure total compensation, plus lodging during deployments and company-provided travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Ten years of Executive Chef tenure with direct leadership of large teams.
• Experience delivering fine-dining quality at very large scale (1,000+ meals per service).
• Proven ability to manage food and labor costs across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of 1,000+ meals per service while maintaining fine-dining standards.
• Develop upscale menus and ensure consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
• Recruit, train, and manage a kitchen staff of 30+ employees.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Travel nationwide for deployments and adapt to temporary kitchens.
