Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user training to county workers on a new system.
• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, both virtual and onsite as needed.
• Update and maintain training materials, presentations, and documentation based on system or process changes.
• Partner with project teams and client stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with business processes and system functionality.
• Support training logistics, preparation, and coordination activities as required.
