Job summary

Evergreen Fire and Security in Dallas, TX is seeking a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Technician to install, service, and maintain security systems across client sites, representing the company on-site.

You will travel extensively to federal and commercial sites, ensure compliance, complete required training, and deliver top-notch service while building strong customer relationships. A background in low-voltage systems and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid electrician certificate or trainee card preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required or readily obtainable.
• Strong communication skills to interface with customers and teams.
• Ability to travel extensively and manage time across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects.
• Serves as the face of Evergreen to customers onsite and provides product training.
• Ensures safety through compliance with State and Federal regulations.
• Handles service orders and project administration.
• Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection.
