Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Superintendent for Solar projects in Illinois. You will lead electrical teams on site, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget control across multiple concurrent projects.

You will use NEC knowledge and Faith-estimating tools to drive productivity, manage risk, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with project management and other trades. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours).
• Travel: 60-75% depending on project locations.
• Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday; nights/weekends possible.
• Must maintain licensing and training requirements for field work.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical teams on job sites with safety as a core value.
• Manage large projects with 15+ electricians or multiple medium projects.
• Ensure projects meet estimated costs and productivity goals.
• Coordinate with PM and other trades to optimize margins.
• Develop successors for advancement to Foreman position.
