Job summary

Lighthouse Electric Co., Inc. seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead electrical field operations across projects.

You will oversee union crews, coordinate with PMs, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while traveling to support multiple regions. Preferred is Journeyman Electrician certification with 7+ years of field leadership, experience with VDC/BIM, and prefabrication integration into field execution.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years electrical field experience with leadership of union labor.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical field operations with safety and quality focus.
• Direct union crews under CBA and local rules.
• Plan daily/weekly activities including manpower and sequencing.
• Coordinate with PM, Planning, Safety, QA, and Prefabrication teams.
• Maintain phase plans, lookaheads, and productivity metrics.
• Ensure safety, quality, and turnover readiness of installations.
