Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all construction project phases
• Ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Oversee scheduling and work sequencing
• Implement and monitor site safety, OSHA compliance
• Conduct inspections and review plans and documents
• Collaborate with professionals to resolve design/construction issues
• Monitor progress and report to stakeholders
• Read and interpret construction drawings proficiently
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a commercial superintendent
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, internet
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug tests
• College degree or technical training a plus; bilingual is a plus

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in the commercial electrical industry

This is a traveling position requiring 8-10 hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, with overtime as needed. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with a company truck provided.
