Job summary

Wieland Corporation is seeking a Traveling Site Superintendent (Electrical) in Lansing, MI to lead on-site operations, enforce safety, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires coordinating electrical trades, maintaining schedules, and documenting progress with accuracy.

Responsibilities include safety monitoring, JHA/toolbox talks, coordinating with Project Manager, and overseeing quality control and coordination with MEP trades.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience leading superintendents or foremen in construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Procore experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day jobsite operations, ensuring safety and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate electrical subcontractors to align with drawings, specs, and schedule.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with a 3–4 week look-ahead and enforce timelines.
