Responsibilities

• Lead project execution with the preconstruction team on proposals and buyout strategy.
• Review schedules and notify stakeholders of delays per contract.
• Monitor project health using project management tools.
• Coordinate reviews with authorities having jurisdiction.
• Ensure subcontract agreements are executed within 30 days of award.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate project risks and costs.
• Interpret owner contract terms for risk management.
• Support contingency planning and risk mitigation.
• Lead dispute resolution with project team and partners.
• Verify bonds and insurance for trade partners before onsite work.
• Attend monthly financial meetings and review cost projections.
• Mentor team members and contribute to corporate initiatives.
• Participate in internal meetings to evaluate risk.
