Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Project Executive to lead large-scale electrical construction projects across the United States.

The role oversees multiple projects, drives operational excellence, and ensures profitability while maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in electrical construction, with 5+ in leadership, and a track record on $20M+ ground-up projects across data centers, manufacturing, industrial, or healthcare.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience with at least 5 years in a Project Executive, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Experience overseeing large ground-up electrical construction projects valued at $20M+.
• Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction operations, budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and scheduling.
• Experience in data centers, manufacturing, industrial, healthcare, mission critical, or large commercial construction preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level oversight for multiple electrical construction projects nationwide.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Drive project performance with accountability for safety, schedule, quality, client satisfaction, and profitability.
• Review and manage project budgets, forecasting, labor productivity, and financial reporting.
• Work directly with owners, developers, general contractors, and key stakeholders to strengthen client relationships and secure repeat business.
• Assist with project pursuits, contract reviews, buyout strategies, and operational planning.
• Mentor and develop project management and operations staff.
• Ensure all projects comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Travel as needed to support projects and operations across multiple regions.
